In Home Tutoring
There will be 3 tiers of teachers. The rates will vary depending on experience, educational level of teacher, and subject taught. Rates for AP or Honor courses are generally higher. Also, the higher educational level and experience of the teacher demands a higher rate. Therefore, we can accomodate your need as a student based upon your budget and needs providing you with different opportunities to choose from different teachers.
Most tutoring is done in one on one settings at the students home or at a location such as a library.
Group rate tutoring will save a lot of money. Generally the rate for 2 students in one session will provide a 25% discount to each student on the hourly rate.
Tier I
Teachers who have a B.A., teaching credential, M.A., or P.H.D.
Hourly Rate $50-75/hour
Tier II
Teachers who have a B.A. in the major related to subjects they will be tutoring.
Hourly Rate $30-50/hour
Tier III
College students who have teaching experience, strong academic gpa, and are pursuing a major in the subject(s) they would like to teach.
Hourly Rate $20-30/hour
